Friends and Family Parade Connects Residents with Their Family and Friends at Williston Healthcare & Rehabilitation
While visitors have been restricted from visiting our facility due to health & safety guidelines for COVID-19, our team has been hard at work creating ways to keep spirits boosted and to connect residents with their family and friends.
On June 3, 2020, we put together a parade of family and friends to visit their loved ones at our senior living facility. Many friends and family chose to decorate their cars, paint signs, and load up with their kids to visit. It was a festive event!
“In my 30+ year career this was one of the more satisfying events that I’ve had the joy of participating in, our residents are still talking about the parade to the staff and each other weeks later”
– Brenda Ridenour, Executive Director
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents safe, happy, and connected with their families during these difficult times. We hope that we can connect our residents and their families again soon, but in the meantime, families can set up Facetime Chats and “window visits”. Give us a call at (803) 266-3229 or contact us today to set up an appointment!
