Williston Healthcare & Rehabilitation LLC is a 44 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility with 9 private rooms and options for either long and short-term care beds; in addition to being Barnwell County’s only Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. Located in rural Williston, South Carolina, our senior care facility brings a country environment with a strong family atmosphere. Our experienced staff provides professional Rehabilitation Services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies and is dedicated to improving our patient’s functional outcomes and quality of life.
Formerly known as Laurel Baye Healthcare, our facility has served our County of Barnwell for over 40 years. Our personalized care and services make sure that each resident and patient is cared for so that they can live their best life, their way.
